We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, unless a longer period is required by applicable consumer law in your country.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may be refused for items that show signs of use, damage not caused by shipping, or missing original packaging/components.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team at support@airgoxo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the return address (EU/US return center when applicable).
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective or arrived damaged, we will cover return shipping or offer a replacement.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
